Real sourdough isn't a flavor — it's a process. At Mojo's, every product is built on a live, wild-yeast starter that's fed and cared for every day. We let it work slowly, the way bread was made for thousands of years.

The result is bread (and rolls, and cookies) with real character: a crackling crust, an airy crumb, a gentle tang, and the kind of flavor you simply can't shortcut.

Time is the secret ingredient. A 12–24 hour ferment develops deep flavor, a beautiful open crumb, and that signature sourdough tang.
